Delegating permission to approve Quarantined Mobile Devices in Exchange Online
Hi all, I would appreciate some guidance. Today, we are configured to quarantine any mobile device that attempts to add their mailbox to their device. We have three administrators that can approve these devices. I'd like to delegate this responsibility to the person on our team who stages and deploys mobile devices without giving them full administrator access. Additionally, I am looking to grant access within the GUI, not the ability to run a PowerShell cmdlet. From this post on Reddit, I first attempted this process, but it did not seem to work. In the GUI, a user in the group I created cannot access the Mobile Devices page in the Exchange Admin Center. I then attempted this link to Microsoft documentation, but it doesn't seem to fit exactly. Granted, I don't have much experience with Exchange permissions. Any help, guidance, or direction you could point me in would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve
Exchange Online Powershell not connecting in scheduled Task script
Hello everyone, I am having this issue where I can't find any useful answer. We are connecting to Exchange Online with certificate based authentication and it works fine when we run the script manually. We have an exchange 2013 server in the Org and we added an exchange 2019 server on windows 2022. We got an issue where Exchange 2013 cannot forward email to exchange 2019 mailboxes due to SMTP error. In the log files we found we checked the TLS configuration on the exchange 2019 and TLS1.1 and 1.2 are enabled what can be the issue ?Exchange Delegation Certificate expired
We just installed a new Exchange 2019 CU14 server in an exhcange 2013 organization, to upgrade it, and when connecting to the EMC we got the warning that the "Exchange Delegation Federation" certificate is expired. How can it be that a new exchange server has self-signed certificate already expired ?
Exchange Server 2016 / 2019 coexistence CU update
Hi, We are running Exchange Server 2016 CU19 and Exchange Server 2019 CU14. We want to install the latest CU for Exchange Server 2016. Can we do this with Exchange Server 2019 CU14 already installed? Any pitfalls? I am thinking about the AD Schema perhaps. Any insights welcome! Greetings Nfs!
Problem with the OWA client after update Exchange Server 2016 CU23 24 novembre SU v2
Hello, After applying the Exchange 2016 CU23 November 24 SU v2 update, we are experiencing problems with our OWA customers.Outlook or mobile clients do not have this symptom. Users are automatically disconnected as soon as they want to write a new message by entering the recipient or elements in the message body.Browsing mailbox folders does not cause any disconnection. I should also point out that we encounter this problem whenever our two Exchanges servers are activated. If we switch one Exchange server to maintenance mode and switch the databases to the other server, the problem no longer occurs. Also, access to the ECP interface is not displayed correctly when both servers are active. Do you have any ideas for solving this problem? Thank you.

Hello all, Since Microsoft ended the MS-203 certification and courses, there is no training available anymore. On the Micorosft Learn website there aren't courses about Exchange 365; only the 'manage complaince in Exchange 365'. Does any of you know if there will be a new training for Exchange 365 soon? Hey all, Some info first: Two Exchange 2019 CU14 in a DAG on Server 2022 Two mailbox databases I just installed the latest SU on the second server and when it came time to move the Active databases back I got this error: Server "exchange1" is enabled for DatabaseCopyActivationDisabledAndMoveNow. Moving databases to such servers may be ineffective because the system will automatically attempt to move again as soon as a healthy copy is detected. I thought I had already set that back to False so I checked: Get-MailboxServer Exchange1 | Format-List DatabaseCopyActivationDisabledAndMoveNow DatabaseCopyActivationDisabledAndMoveNow : False I ran the command again to set it to False just in case, but I still get the same error when trying to move the databases. The databases show as Healthy on Exchange1, and Exchange is functioning fine otherwise. I cannot see anything obvious in the event logs. Does anyone know what the issue might be? thanks Justin EDIT: Bah! ERP system with MS 365 MFA user
Hello Expert Comm, I need to send emails from the ERP system, and all settings are done, but I need additional security to enable the MFA for the user that will use this service as I know the MFA must not be enabled for this setting and Security Default must NOT be enabled for the organization.
