In late December 2010, we announced Exchange Online Archiving (EOA) as part of the Office 365 services. With that announcement we began taking steps to migrate customers from the legacy Exchange Hosted Archive service while continuing to help customers with their retention, compliance and eDiscovery needs.
For customers still on the EHA service today, you should expect to have a great transition experience. We will ensure you have transparency before, during, and after the transition and that your organization’s precious data is migrated without loss. Until the last EHA customer is migrated to Office 365, we will continue to run the service to meet and exceed our SLA with you.
We are continuing to deliver a best-of-breed experience in an archiving and compliance solution – not just with technology, but from an offering and licensing perspective.
