repeating products in one column, repeating “Uses in another column

Have Excel spreadsheet of repeating products in one column, repeating “Uses” in another column. Some products have 1 use some have 3 uses. Would like to have a single line item per product with uses listed on the same row in individual cells.

I have some familiarity with power query and power pivot.

Any guidance appreciated.

Does Power Query return the intended result? In the attached file you can add data to the blue dynamic table. Then you can click in any cell of the green table and right-click with the mouse and select refresh to update the green result table.
