Excel Embed Code causes issue at page refresh

Hi,

on the homepage of privilegeoftime.com I placed an Excel spreadsheet using an embed code, generated by Excel 365. It looks good.

However,

when refreshing the page, the page doesn't show the page from the top but will always show the spreadsheet. 

I hope you can let me know how to fix this.

I believe this is not an Excel question, it is a Website/html question. Basically your whole page is locked so nothing can be highlighted or selected except for that excel sheet, so after loading there is a cell that is selected/activated on that sheet and then after refresh it scrolls the screen to the last active location. If you go into dev tools and force another location on the page to be active then after refresh it will scroll there instead.
