Can I transpose unique formula spill direction?

Can I transpose the unique formula spill direction from vertical to horizontal (left to right)? I have a pivot table and I'd like to include the unique values for each unique ID value in the pivot table rows.

If I understand your goal correctly (and you're using 365), you can use the TOROW function.
