Currently on Edge Beta Version 103.0.1264.32 (Official build) beta (64-bit), when watching any embedded video on Twitter (when Twitter is installed as an application), video playback flickers and bleeds through layers of the application.
This is not reproducible when using Twitter in a Edge window. This is only reproducible when Twitter is installed as an application.
