Edge pdf text addition = massive file size increase
As of today, when I add just a small amount of text (20-30 characters) to a pdf and save, the file size increases from 66KB to 55,000KB ... never happened before. I've reported to Microsoft but they have no solutions. Any ideas to get around? Saving as a separate file has same result. Thanks
Angular Service Workers are not working properly after recent Edge update
Hello! I have an Angular application and I am using Service Workers for caching. Unfortunately after updating to the latest Microsoft Edge version (143.0.3650.66), many users were unable to load the applicaiton, because the cache in their browsers somehow became corrupted and the Service Worker did not recognized this and did not reloaded the page. Pressing CTRL+F5 or using incognito mode solved the issue, but it is not an acceptable solution for this app. Is this a known issue? Is there any known solution?
Edge forcing switch profiles when using any .local domain or IP address
I've noticed this today after upgrading to Windows 11 23H2, personal profile that can access local network devices like CCTV systems, monitoring, etc... Always get switched to work profile. Any other regular website does not suffer from such a thing. Is this a "new feature" ? Also I cannot add .local websites or IP addresses to the choose preffered profile for sites.
