CoPilot for M365 only available as a yearly?
How does a company as successful and forward thinking as Microsoft consistently get it wrong. The uptake of CoPilot among our customer base of 100 clients can be counted on half a hand. We have a customer that would like to trial 5 x users but there is no trial available and the only option is to subscribe to a twelve month commitment for each user. Every other M365 product we use has a monthly option. Why would you do that?
Link is broken to create a flow - Copilot in Teams
When I try to create a flow in Copilot Studio for Teams, I get an information "Looks like that link is broken" The error occurs when I access a "Topic", click on "Add an action" and then on "Create a flow" I'm using Microsoft Copilot Studio version 1.2.8 in Microsoft Teams version 24335.208.3315.1951. And this problem is occurring in any chatbot agent created.
Error in Word
Hi, I have a question about the use of Copilot in Word. When I first started using the tool, the results were not great, but it eventually did the job. Meaning that I had to rephrase my prompt sometimes to become useful output. However, now the tool gives an error message, saying that it is not able to generate high quality content and to please change my description. Even though I have been using this exact prompt multiple times, generating useful output. Even simplifying the prompt (just asking to translate something to English), does not seem to work anymore. Has anybody encountered this before or have any suggestions on which steps I can take next? Thank you!Missing features in Copilot, only in Outlook
I seem to be missing some features for Copilot, but only on Outlook. This persists though multiple platforms and devices, Web, Windows, and Mac. It also occurs for another member of my organization. I am missing functionality like Themes for Copilot, and Prioritize my Inbox. I have a copilot button on the top ribbon, which opens the chat and the side which opens BizChat. I have made sure every app is up to date, although web should be working at the least according to the support sections. I have also tried multiple update branches: Current Channel, Current Channel (Preview), and Beta. Any ideas on the issue here and how to fix it? I really would like to get the full functionality of Copilot. Thanks.
Questions about the Facilitator and Co-Pilot dashboards
We currently have 24 people using MS Copilot in our company. 1. do we need to have more than 25 people using copilot to create a column on the left bar of viva insight called 'Copilot Dashboard' as shown below? 2. is the facilitator in TEAMS currently not available outside of the US? Writing good descriptions for Microsoft Graph custom connectors
Good morning everyone, I've setup several Microsoft Graph custom connectors as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-copilot/extensibility/overview-graph-connector They're able to index and everything. The problem I'm running into is how to write good descriptions of the connector in the search and intelligence center so that copilot knows how to use them. Does anyone have any guidance on writing good descriptions for the connectors to enhance the relevant results users get?Updated Copilot app doesn't work with Work account
There was an update to the Copilot app on Oct 3, 2024 (1.0.4.0), and now the app is acting weird on my Copilot+PC work laptop. I press the dedicated Copilot button and expect to have Copilot open from the right. Instead I get a centered screen (which by the way is this address: https://copilot.microsoft.com/?dpwa=1) telling me "It looks like you're signed in with your work account.The Copilot experience for work is now atcopilot.cloud.microsoft." There is also a button "Go to Copilot for work" which goes to this address https://copilot.cloud.microsoft/?fromCode=pwa,but funny enough, it doesn't redirect within the window but instead opens the address in the Edge browser!? 🤷:male_sign: In comparison openinghttps://copilot.microsoft.com/in the browser navigates directly to the new address for the Copilot experience for work, no issues. Why doesn't the app just redirect directly to the new address for work accounts so I can use the Copilot button as intended? Thanks!Error when trying to create a flow
Hi! I have the issue when click in "Call an action" and then "Create a flow". When I try to create a flow in Copilot Studio for Teams, I get an error page.
