Windows Analytics Upgrade Readiness customers, including Configuration Manager users, may have noticed data from some devices not being updated. The Upgrade Readiness team have now re-enabled a limited subset of the diagnostic data for Windows 7 devices, enough to use Upgrade Readiness. You will find more information including instructions for how to resume diagnostic data collection here:
