I created a speaker profile and realised I wanted to edit my 'title' field. But ignores my changes! I hit 'Submit' and it indicates success, but the title text remains the same as when I first created the profile.
Kind of weird that it also looks like the title text becomes part of the URL for the speaker profile. That will look wrong when people change titles/jobs and yet their URL still refers to something old.
Also, it looks like that if you don't reselect your speaker photo when editing, it defaults to removing your photo (which is not expected).
