  1. I've discussed your post with a Microsoft SME on this topic and it was confirmed that you will need to submit a support ticket to raise this question.  This Partner Benefit community cannot address your question about how your specific scenario meets/does not meet the qualification criteria. 

Per my last reply, there are other variables that apply to each scenario, such as what program you're the licenses were purchased under, etc., so my suggestion is that you provide that information along w/ your support ticket request. That is all of the information that I have on this subject matter.

 

2. If you'd like to submit questions for the remaining (2) points that you've posted, please reply with specific questions:

As mentioned earlier in the thread Microsoft Partner support suggested I post my comments on this community site, now you are telling to open a new Microsoft Partner Support case! I give up!

    Joined the Business Applications Partner Hour as you suggested, it was a waste of my time. The subject matter was as AI again and Business Solutions.

    I'm sorry that you were misdirected to this community for this scenario. At least it's confirmed that a support ticket is required, so I understand your frustration, however, I would not give up as I'm sure you'll receive an answer for to question #1.
