Would someone from the Microsoft Partner Program please answer three simple questions
Hi Danimal-1
Thank you for engaging on this partner community. These are great points!
While I don't have an answer and feedback to provide, you should consider attending the next partner hour to discuss these points - Register for September 13 Business Applications Partner Hour - Microsoft Community Hub
If there's not enough time during the session, I suggest putting your questions/points in the chat so that someone can get back to you

Microsoft is very interested in your feedback, however, there are proper channels to follow.
As mentioned, please attend the partner hour to provide feedback.

LicensingConcierge1 It was suggested by Microsoft Partner Support on two separate occasions to use this channel. Now you say this is not the correct channel. This just about sums up the whole process of trying to Partner with Microsoft.

Hi Danimal-1
1: With the new partner scheme, why is there no weighting for types of Office 365 licenses sold?
A customer 11 Exchange online licenses, are a valid workload. However, a second customer with 8 Microsoft 365 Business Premium is not a valid workload. Surely the second customer should have more weighing based on license value?
In order to provide an accurate response, would you mind clarifying your question please?
2: In a current business climate where businesses even Microsoft are making redundancies, we as partners have to buck that global trend and sell more Microsoft licenses annually to our customers.
I thought you were making a point of discussion for other partners. If you have a specific question.
In order to provide the most accurate response, would you mind clarifying (or rephrasing) your question?
3: Microsoft next big push is AI, like most technologies these are designed create efficiencies (reduce head count), again we are encouraged to sell our customers AI and expected the same customers buy more licenses.

With points 2 and 3 in mind, shouldn’t customer retention carry a higher value.
