Microsoft Partner Support Guidance - Azure Subscriptions
Hi,
the MS learn docu mentions a document called "Microsoft Partner Support Guidance" which includes information about what the partner has to offer as an minimum support baseline regarding Azure subscriptions.
Unfortunately, the link comes to this forum and i can't find the document or thread.
Please see here:
I clicked on:
Afterwards i find myself on the landing page of this forum.
How can i find the document?

Yes, thank you for calling this out. I agree that each of the three hyperlinks takes you to the MPC communities instead of documentation/information about the subject matter. You can always click on "Feedback", however I have done so for your convenience.
I believe this is where the Azure link should have directed you to - Available Azure services in Azure CSP - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn

For future reference & as a friendly reminder, Partners can always log into Partner Center and find information.

Hi DaZzLa2380
Each MS Learn Docs begin with an "In this article" section. You can click (or scroll down to) find the information for each topic.
If you click on (or scroll) "Microsoft partner support guidance" or "Fulfilling the support requirement", you're taken to that section of the article:

Hi, thank you for your answer!
I found the sections which you highlighted.
But below that, there is a section called "Providing subscription management and technical support".
The sections says the following:
"Each online service has detailed and specific requirements for providing subscription management and technical support to customers. For more information, see the following documents"
But i can't access the documents, which are linked there.
From my understanding i should find detailed requirements there about what i'm responsible for as a CSP.
