Microsoft 365 Copilot in CSP

Hi, after the removal of the 300-seat requirement and now being available also for SMBs, the announcement also mentioned that Copilot is now also available through CSP partners (see Expanding Copilot for Microsoft 365 to businesses of all sizes | Microsoft 365 Blog and Copilot for Microsoft 365: expanded partner opportunity - Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program).

But I can't find the SKU on the pricing list (at least the one for Spain) for February or March.

Is this already available for selling through CSPs?

  • Hi davidjrh

I'm sorry that you're having trouble finding the Copilot SKU.

    • Per the January 2024 Announcement in Partner Center, the revised Copilot SKU is GA across all markets & currencies.  Please revisit the highlighted link in this month's Partner Center announcement to:

    ***UPDATE ***

After reviewing the following MS Learn Doc (Microsoft Copilot for Sales FAQ | Microsoft Learn),

the information states that Copilot for Sales includes the Copilot for Microsoft 365 subscription and will be available to purchase on February 1, 2024 on the Volume Licensing and Web Direct Channel. Copilot for Sales will be available to purchase on CSP from March 1, 2024

The information on the MS Learn Doc seems to be an update or clarification to the January announcement mentioned above.

There seems to be a lot of moving pieces with Copilot in general, therefore, my suggestion is that questions/concerns be directed to the Copilot team by submitting a ticket in Partner Center (log in required).

You should also consider registering for the upcoming Copilot call - Introducing Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Microsoft Copilot for Service for Sellers and Partners (DYNA066EXT) Registration Page (eventbuilder.com)

Ok, effectively, seems that we can provision it through Partner Center. The only thing is that the pricing hasn't been included on February or March CSV files. I'm going to create a ticket to get more guidance on pricing and margins.

BTW, seems the only term available is Annual commitment, and annual payment, no way to change it to monthly payment to be aligned with other SKUs.
