Hi Everyone
It is more of a legal question, but I hope someone can help in such a scenario. Microsoft approached one existing CSP client who worked with a partner for a long time. They offered an EA agreement under conditions that are much better than CSP. So my question is, can Microsoft approach and have discussions with a client currently linked to another partner without informing the partner first? And more sell EA and move the client from CSP to EA?
Also, just to add, this is Microsoft Kazakhstan which is offering EA to the UK client with a UK tenant.

SolutionHi @drbaksas
This is not a licensing question, but it's more a dispute inquiry that you have with the EA sales person, therefore I can only guess that you can submit your concern on the following webpage - How to Report a Compliance Concern | Microsoft Legal
If this (or someone else's) reply answers your question, please Accept as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. Otherwise, please let me know if you need further assistance on this topic.
