Disponibility of Microsoft Azure

Hello team, I would like to draw the attention of engineers to the lack of opportunities to experience the Azure platform in some countries (in my case Burkina Faso). We see the efforts that are made but I think it is essential to allow everyone to have the chance to learn and to be at the same level of knowledge as everyone else. It's frustrating to see that it's impossible to create an azure account because your country is not on the list. Technology is changing very fast these days and we also want (young people from those countries who are not on the list where Azure is available) to be part of this evolution. Honestly I don't know if there are solutions, I wrote to the Azure service on Twitter who redirected me here. But if there is, I'm a taker. Thank you ✌️
