Azure synapse: external table deployment

Synapse server less is cool feature. We created logical dataware house on top of parquet files

We are trying to deploy these external tables on UAT/Prod but we are getting some issues.

 

1: Synapse deploy task only copy SQL file generated for these external tables 

We have to run these scripts manually in order to create these external tables.

any deckpack kind alternative of for deployment.

 

2: Autogenerate files have reference to storage account of environment where these files were generated. we can update these files in release pipeline using scripts but any out of box task to update these files?
