APIM Pipeline creation in Azure Devops

I want to create a CD pipeline in which API Definition would be updated in API Management by pulling definition/swagger file from AKS which is a private connection.
The Microsoft document provided is not providing the exact solution. Could I please get some other references.
It would be really helpful.
