Unable to deploy window host for azure wvd

If the Windows 7 Enterprise VM is not visible in the WVD Portal, verfiy eventvwr and whether there is a communication -> https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/overview#requirements
I can only say that the article worked for me with a Windows 7 Enterprise Image from the gallery.
Issue is still not resolved and support team is also working on this case (case id 120052324000236 ) last 5 days but no update
