Up until midway through this week we were able to use the diagnostics web app to look at WVD diagnostics.
For some reason over the last 3 days it seems to have stopped working and running get-rdsdiagnosticactivities (with the tenantname and username parameters) just results in a not authorised error:
Get-RdsDiagnosticActivities : User is not authorized to query the management service.

Powershell commands to diagnose the failure:

I've triple checked and I'm both RDSOwner and TenantCreator, but still the error - can anyone suggest where I could look for the permissions or point me in the right direction?
