Azure virtual desktop environment started having authentication.

Guys, my Azure virtual desktop environment started having authentication issues this morning.

my environment is authenticated with Azure AD users, without any interaction with the on-premises domain (we don't have that).

Until Friday, all users authenticated with their device's PIN in the Virtual Desktop VMs, but for some reason now it asks for an email and password, but when entered, it doesn't login.

Can anyone tell me where I can investigate this change?

Thank you for the feedback. Am I correct that you are using the Windows Desktop client? If so, can you send the version of the client you are using?

Are you connecting from an AADJ or HAADJ device joined to the same Azure AD tenant?

Do you have a screenshot of the error message you are seeing and the activity ID for one of the failures?
