@Shivmdba Only SQL Server 2022 supports two-way replication via the link, including failover. SQL Server versions 2016-2019 support data replication in one direction only, to SQL Managed Instance. This is related to database format alignment mentioned in the section on update policy.

Hi Djordje Jeremic, Its failover only supports SQL Server 2022 only other versions (2016,2019) also support kindly confirm. Thanks

Just an FYI, the image under 'Disaster Recovery' Section in the Managed Instance link overview - Azure SQL Managed Instance | Microsoft Learn documentation still shows 'Preview' for Online Failback.
