We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 12/1, 4:27 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 12/1, 00:36 UTC and that during the 3 hours and 51 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced issues querying App service metrics within Azure monitor.
Root Cause: We have identified that a long range queries for metrics data in the past has reached the threshold of the metrics system.
