We've confirmed that all login systems are back to normal with no customer impact. Our logs show the incident started on 05/22/2018, 02:35 UTC and that during the 1 hour that it took to resolve the issue about 10% of customers experienced Trouble logging in.

Root cause has been isolated to a Microsoft Account authentication issue which was impacting logins to the service. We are investigating and currently mitigating the issue.
