We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/02, 07:12 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/01, 22:32 UTC and that during the 8 hours 42 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 1% of customers in West Europe region may have experienced data latency and data gaps issues.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in backend service.
