We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/13, 18:03 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/13, 16:55 UTC and that during the 1 hour and 8 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 31% of customers experienced issue with data access and alerting for workspaces in West US2 region.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to one of the backend dependent service .
