We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/28, 16:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/28, 15:10 UTC and that during the 55 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 34% of customers in the East US region experienced data latency, gaps in data and incorrect alert activation.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to a delay in processing data in a back end system.
