We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/16, 13:12 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/16, 05:40 UTC and that during the 7 hours & 32 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers using Application Insights in Central India region may have experienced data latency, delays or missed Log Search Alerts.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in backend dependent service.
