We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/21, 11:55 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/21, 10:55 UTC and that during the 1 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers with workspace-enabled Application Insights resources in Central India, South India, and Jio India West regions may have experienced intermittent log data gaps and incorrect alert activation.
Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in backend dependent service.
