We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/25, 12:51 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/25, 11:51 UTC and that during the 1 Hour that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced intermittent data gaps and incorrect alert activation in Canada Central region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our dependent service.
