We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/09, 11:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/09, 6:30 UTC and that during the 4 hours & 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, customers sending data in the West Europe region, which are using non-retrying SDK-s (including, but not limited to JavaScript SDK) may have experienced data gaps
