We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/03, 12:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/03, 10:05 UTC and that during the 2 hours 10 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, some customers may have experienced data access issue and delayed or missed alerts in West US 2 region.
