We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of  04/24, 09:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/24, 03:05 UTC and that during the 6 Hours & 5 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced data access issue and delayed or missed alerts in East US region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our backend services.
