Our logs show the incident started on 04/27, 06:05 UTC and that during the 35 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced issues with data access and delayed or missed Log Search Alerts in West US Region.
Root Cause: The failure was due to operational threshold on one of our backend services.
