We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 8/13, 17:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 8/13, 12:55 UTC and that during the 4 hours and 35 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers may have experienced issues with accessing the Live Metrics blade via the Azure Portal.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to one of the back end dependent services.
