We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/10, 20:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/10, 19:00 UTC and that during the one hours that it took to resolve the issue 5.5% of customers would have experienced query errors and timeouts.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to the unavailability of a back end data system.
