We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/03, 02:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/01, 00:00 UTC and that during the 2 days 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue all the customers experienced newly added availability web tests and classic metric alerts are in disabled state during the impact window

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue with one of our dependent services
  • Incident Timeline: 2 Days & 2 Hours - 09/03, 02:00 UTC through 09/01, 00:00 UTC
