We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 12/09, 10:50 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 12/09, 10:10 UTC and that during the 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced issues with missed alerts or missed alerts notifications.
Root Cause: The failure was due to some backend dependency becoming unhealthy.
