We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/30, 17:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11:30, 14:30 UTC and that during the 2 hours and 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced either failed or misfired alerts.
Root Cause: The failure was due to a bad deployment causing alert rules to potentially not run.

Alert rules for Log Search Alerts are failing in West Europe and East US. To address this issue we are rolling back to our latest update. Some customers may experience failed or misfired alerts.
