We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 7/30, 05:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 7/30, 02:55 UTC and that during the 2 hours and 10 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers might have experienced Alerting failure issues in South East Australia region.
Root Cause: The failure was due to issues in one of our backend services.
