and that during the 1 hour 52 minutes it took to resolve the issue, customers using Application Insights or Log Search Alerts in East US may have experienced data latency and misfired or delayed alerts.
- Root Cause: Engineers determined that a service leveraged by Application insights was experiencing a period of high latency, leading to ingestion issues for service requests.
