I began my career at Microsoft in March of 1999 as a Windows NT generalist working late night shifts (aka - the Platforms 24x7 team.)  At that time, we supported everything Windows related, hence the “generalist” nature of the job.  Later that same year, I joined the Performance team to become more specialized, and because I was honestly a little tired of working nights.  I’ve been on the Performance team ever since, supporting Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and now Windows Longhorn.  I’ve been through Y2K and DST 2007, and everything in between.

I enjoy Mountain Biking in my spare time, and I’m a huge hockey fan.  I’m a Dallas Stars fan and I also support whatever team is playing the Nashville Predators.
