I have seen that Forms has been updated and guess what?

Ramification is back :pouting_face::pouting_face::pouting_face::pouting_face::pouting_face: AND IN THE TOOLTIP.

Embranchement is definitely the best word

And whole sentence in the tooltip means nothing (I don't understand what do you want to talk about so I can't help you to change the translation)
