Generate a word document from a scanned PDF using Azure Form Recognizer?

Hi all,

Is it possible to generate a word file (.docx) using Azure Form Recognizer?

I have found an article on how to convert scanned PDFs into searchable PDFs using Azure Form Recognizer. So, I try to first convert scanned PDFs into searchable PDFs than convert it into word documents using microsoft word, but the quality is not as good as expected.

So, I want to see if there is any solutions that can directly convert scanned PDFs into word documents.
