I'm setting up a new call queue and AA for our front desk and I see in the Channel I have setup for calls to get routed to a voicemail tab but there appears to be no way to actually send calls here either in the AA or call queue in the Teams admin page. And as usual there is 0 how to from MS on this just heres all the settings just figure it out, without going into all the gotcha's built into the system. Hi, Being new to this Microsoft world I have a question that I can’t seem to find an answer on I any forum. So what am I missing when I can´t see the voicemails for the Call Queue in the Team under the Calls tab.? The call queue are pointing to a Team and that works fine and after business hours the call go to voicemail on the same Team and that is also working fine I get the voicemail under groups in Outlook but not in the Teams client under the Calls tab. I have a user who is getting emails on his Outlook account notifying him he has a new voicemail message with stamps (Time, From, Duration, etc), but in his Team's voicemail there isn't any voicemails for him to listen to. He has the ability to receive voicemails and can receive calls inbound/outbound (those are all turned on). We have some users having Microsoft Teams Shared Devices license. They have got voicemail enabled, but they don't receive a voicemail on their Teams app. However they receive voicemail over email in Outlook. We have tested it on SIP device, Teams device and Teams client and behavior is same. This issue is not experienced by users having E3 or E5 license. The whole voice enabled channel deployment has a lot of shortcomings. From no missed calls, or not seeing answered calls from other users. It seems voicemail is no exception. You can mark a voicemail as read but it only shows as read for you. With no way to delete shared voicemails through the Teams app, it makes it onerous and almost impractical to manage through Teams. One suggestion to help manage this would be to allow reactions or emojis on call/voicemails. We use our exchange mailboxes on-prem. We manually deactivated the exchange online plan for the users in our organization, although an E1 license is assigned. We currently use Teams Direct Routing. When a voicemail is recorded, nothing is displayed in the Teams CIient. If someone calls an employee on Teams and leaves a voicemail; the callback number in Teams will be missing the '0' (zero) in the 570 area code. This does not happen for other area codes, and it will not happen if the caller does not leave a voicemail. Example. Call from 570-xxx-xxxx leaves a voice mail. The call history phone number and callback number will be 57-xxx-xxxx (and obviously will not work.) This appears to be happening for all employees in a single tenant. If I in (MS Teams -> Settings -> Calls -> Configure voicemail -> Text-to-speech customized greeting option) type a custom greeting and click OK, the new settings are activated. But if I open the Configure voicemail settings again, I don't see the custom greeting I just typed. Hi Guys, We have recently discovered that PSTN callers to our Teams clients are unable to hear our Teams VM greeting nor leave VM messages. The VM works fine for Teams - Teams calls and we get the messages in our inbox just fine with that type of call but any PSTN call to the same Teams client just gets dead air when redirected to voicemail. There are no audio issues with these PSTN calls when the calls are answered so this is not a one way audio issue with the SIP etc. This used to work just fine and I am not aware of any changes nor when it stopped working, any suggestions as to why this could be now happening? Hi All! Teams Voice has been great so far! I do, however, have a challenge currently with Call Queue Voicemail Transcription. The voicemail makes it over fine, and it is transcribed but.... The transcribed voicemails sometimes have our 'outside email' warning on them. It seems there are smtp sources for the transcribed messages? Does anyone know where I can obtain that information so I can exclude them from the warning? We already have @amer.teams.ms but there must be others?Below in the green box is one of the examples of our transcribed voicemails with smtp warning from our email config.
