Hello I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Employment Verification process in the Microsoft Partner and Reseller programs. When attempting to resolve the issue by clicking “Fix Now” after a rejected verification, I am continuously redirected back to the Identity Verification step. Even after completing the identity verification, I am sent back to Employment Verification, only to be rejected again. This creates a loop, and every time I click “Fix Now,” I am not given the option to upload any documents, but instead, I am redirected to the previous step, making it impossible to proceed. This issue has been ongoing for 50 days, and I have contacted Microsoft Support many times. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic responses, asking for the same documents to be uploaded. After submitting them, there is no further follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems as though I am receiving automated responses without any real resolution. What adds to the frustration is the contradiction in the process: The exact same documents I submitted for Developer Verification, which were successfully processed and authorized, are being rejected for the Partner and Reseller programs, despite being identical in every way. Given the significant impact this issue is having on my business, I am reaching out to the community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or is there any guidance on how to resolve this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.4.6KViews6likes55CommentsEmployment verification failed - Fix Now - Not Working
Fix Now button does nothing, or at least not as pictured in your own guide article. Account Verification side-screen is NOT showing up after clicking on the Fix Now button, as depicted the image in your own article. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses Fix Now button just restarts the process of verification, which fails constantly, without specifying what is wrong. This is an issue that needs to be resolved by Microsoft, there are multiple such reports.1.2KViews4likes13CommentsEmployment verification and support tickets
We have problems with Employment verification. I think we did everything we found on blogs and even what I got back in two emails from Microsoft, which are the same, it looks like copy and paste. The funny thing is that they tell me that I have to use an email that is not info, sales, marketing for the contact email and they write me to my personal email mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons When I want to upload another support ticket they tell me that I can't upload another ticket for the same topic, that I have to provide more information in the one I already have open. When I want to open it I get an error and it tells me that it is not possible to get the ticket data. This is unbelievable, with Android and Apple we didn't have even half of the problems we are having with Microsoft. It's quite frustrating. Grateful if anyone can help us.Employment verification problem
The "Fix Now" button is not functioning as intended, or at least not as demonstrated in the guide provided in your documentation. The side-screen for Account Verification does not appear after clicking the "Fix Now" button, contrary to the example shown in the article at this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses. Instead, the "Fix Now" button merely restarts the verification process, which repeatedly fails without offering any specific details about the issue. This is a persistent problem that requires Microsoft's attention, as there have been numerous similar reports. If i do not fix this i will lose my subscription. I've already opened the ticket.331Views3likes5CommentsEmployment verification gets rejected
We are trying to complete our employment verification since december and the "support" agent does nothing but respond with the same canned message over and over again. Thank you for the documents you have provided. As per Standards Review, the documents you have provided are not sufficient to complete the verification process. Domain name registration invoice/domain name invoice listing the entity/user name and domain name shown in the Primary Contact Email Address at the time of registration or renewal. I provided the invoice with all the required criteria but it still gets rejected. I'm tired of the "quality" of the partner "support"-team. This process is wasting countless hours and there is nothing the agent is willing to do to help.Verification for partner very difficult, no response from support at all
Hi, I'm an MSP, trying to get verified on Microsofts programs, to be able to support and supply my users through distributors. Unfortunately, this is where it ends, I did everything Microsoft asked me: Sign up as a partner Filled in the details Received a rejection, was asked to supply domain verification, supplied this Then now am denied as followed: "Your verification is rejected because of usage of restricted domain. Please update your email in Profile Info section with company domain address to get it verified." So, first I had to supply domain details, then, after this, now you're still rejecting this based on what? No proper feedback, neither is anyone replying to the tickets I've opened relating to this. Ticket #s: 2307250040004588 2307270040001544 2308050040001621 So, the deal is as followed: I'm registered as Dyk Media, and I do business as DykIT. So, my registration is showing Dyk Media in the CRO here in Ireland, and this is what I have explained in the documentation provided.. + I provided utility bill, but, again this is denied without any option to talk to someone, nor, being able to understand the denial. Why doesn't anyone read ticket, or, read the attached documentation. This is so frustrating, it almost makes you not want to deliver any MS products, and being able to supply users/companies, with the right support structures as an MSP. Mike ---- UPDATE: As my company name was slightly different, this was the cause of it not being accepted. Since adjusting this correctly, I resubmitted it, and it's now accepted and approved. I think this is beneficial information for others, as it really has to match up everything that is within your registered details.3.2KViews3likes12CommentsI've changed my company name and now I can't get verified in the Microsoft Partner Centre
Hi, I recently changed my company name in the profile for my Microsoft Partner Centre and now my account is stuck at Employment verification stage. No matter what documents I provide as proof of domain ownership, the bot just keeps asking for proof, and now I can't renew my Action pack membership. This is causing me great pain, as others too by the posts I've seen in the forum. Can this please be fixed as there is no easy way to contact Microsoft Support to get this sorted.1.2KViews3likes3CommentsEdge extension developer enrollment blocked by "Runs on Trust" — requesting manual vetting review
Hello, My Microsoft Edge Add-ons developer enrollment in Partner Center was blocked by the automated "Runs on Trust" system at the registration/vetting step. The exact message was: "Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked." I can't raise this through the normal channel: after the block, Partner Center shows no workspaces, and the support intake for this topic ends at "Sign in to Partner Center to provide issue details" — the very resource the block locks me out of. Could someone please escalate this to the Partner Center Vetting / Trust & Safety team for a manual review? I'm happy to provide any identity or business-verification documents required.
