Some users not able to add personal dashboard card
We are getting feedback that some users are not able to add the personal quick links card in the dashboard. I have gone through it with one of the users where they click the customize button, add the card, add a link and save it. But when they go back to the dashboard it is no longer there. We have tried it in the dashboard in teams and in the browser, we have tried to do a hard refresh but it is gone. Also when they go to customize the dashboard again it is gone and they can try to add it again (still not working). This happens for some users, while other users have no problems adding the card. Any suggestions how to fix this?
Viva Learning Home Screen Provider Not Recognized
The Viva Learning Home screen does not recognize the provider, so the content is not displayed on the screen. The connection to the SharePoint site is normal. However, the content does not come out on the home screen because the provider is not recognized. Please let me know the solutionScoped search not available in Teams client
Hi all! New here, first post. According to https://www.microsoft.com/sv-se/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=148669 scoped search in the Teams client should be up and running. However, we can't see it. Or rather, we saw it for a couple of days back in October (?) but then it disappeared. We can see and use it in Teams on the web, but it would be so much better and easier for us if we could use it in the client. Is there a setting we're missing? Or is it a bug? Can anyone here confirm that they can use scoped search in the Teams client? We have a home site set up in Viva Connections that we want to be able to search through the search box in Teams. Thanks in advance!
