Can't login to Skype for Business
I'm in Office365 OK, but Skype for Business (SfB) does not accept my credentials (either username, password or 'domain' @Innoverkko.com). Same credentials Works fine in Office 365 login. I have reinstalled SfB several times … no help :( Exact errormessage in attachment … sorry but it's in Finnish. It says something like … Login to SkB unsucceeded Username, password or domain seems to be incorrect. Be sure you gave corrects ones. If problem persists, contact your support personel. Best way to do video conferencing with external users
Hello and sorry for my English, What is the best way to do video conferencing with external users who do not have skype or Teams ? I really lost between Teams and skype because this 2 softwares can do video conferencing. And i see in outlook, there is 2 buttons to create meetings : skype and teams. what it is the easiest way for my users to do video conferencing with external users ? how to do ? I look something who external users no need to create account to access video conferencing, if it is possible thanks a lotCalculating Bandwidth

I am looking for Guidance for Multinational companies having Regional offices in China. I am aware that the Office 365 in China is managed by 21Vianet. If a multinational organization (assume base tenant in US) wants to rollout office 365 for its China employees; - What are the Drawback. Similarly, if an employee from the US office travels to china what will be the impact on office 365 services for that employee. Reading through so post, I understand that OneDrive for Business is blocked via the Browser. The Sync Client Works - Not sure how. Some mention that we must use VPN. Is only OneDrive impacted. Any other office 365 services are impacted. Any details would be appreciated.
Can't get an access to university account in Outlook Desktop.
Hello! Asking for some help here 🙂 Can't get an access to university account in Outlook Desktop. email: Ihor.tymoshiv@student.uclouvain.be Mail connection - office portal 365: tymoshiv@oasis.uclouvain.be The program is loading after entering an email and then asking for a password unlimited amount of times after entering it. When I'm closing that window the program shows me an error like "Outlook cannot set up your account" I was trying to enter both emails. I haven't use a desktop app before I can login in a browser without troubles I can even add a Hotmail, Gmail and an outlook of my another university but not this university account I took an option "Setup an account manually" and chose between 365office/outlook/Microsoft exchange - didn't help online support adviced me to call here: United States 1 800 865 9408 but i'm not able to call there now 😞
Unable to play Voicemails in Wav format on Android Device.
Hello Everyone, Greetings of the Day!!!!!! I would like to share some information about voicemail on Android Device. I was facing an issue with the Voicemail on Android Device. I was not able to play the Wav formatted Voicemail on the Android device. While researching I found that we need to have proper Android App Protection Policy to resolve this. Please follow the action plan mentioned below: 1. Login to the Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com/) 2. Choose Intune. 3. Choose Client Apps. 4. Choose App protection policies 5. Choose the policy you want to edit (i.e. policy for Android) 6. Choose Properties. 7. Choose Data Protection. 8. You likely have the setting “Send org data to other apps” set to “Policy managed apps” 9. Directly below this you can configure “Select apps to exempt” 10. Choose Select 11. Here you can add apps so that protected apps will be allowed to send data to them (i.e. Outlook to Google Play Music) 12. Add the name “Google Play Music” and use “com.google.android.music” for the value 13. Click Ok. 14. Click Save. In our tenant we have a combination of K1, E1, E3, and E5 licenses. From time to time, one of our E1 (web only) folks will be promoted into a position that requires a local installation of Microsoft Office (E3). Changing their licensing from E1 to E3 is simple enough, using the Admin Portal or PowerShell. However, on 3-4 occasions, the license change has been made, Office installed locally, and when trying to configure Outlook it gives a message "We are having trouble connecting to your account. Verify the settings below and make changes if necessary." Skype gives the error "Can't sign in to Skype for Business. The server is temporarily unavailable. If the problem continues, please contact your support team." I've removed the E3 license and reapplied. As well, I've disabled MFA and reapplied. All to no success. We now have this issue on three of our employees. I have an open ticket with Microsoft, but the techncians assigned to the ticket don't have a clue what's going on. Has anyone else ran into this?
