Co-organizer cannot unmute or share
For a recurring Teams meeting in which I am the organizer, one of my co-organizers was not permitted to to unmute or share during a call where I was not present. We tested the meeting later, together, and even after I joined, the co-organizer's camera, mic and share buttons remained grayed-out, and this co-organizer was listed in my People pane as an Attendee. Here are the Meeting Option settings I have: This person is included in the 'Choose co-organizers' list 'Who can present' is set to 'Only organizers and co-organizers'. 'Who can bypass the lobby' is set to 'People in my org, trusted orgs, and guests'. This person is in my organization (same company). This person joined from their Outlook calendar. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix so that my co-organizers can conduct a meeting that I (as the organizer) cannot join? Thank you
Guest users change to Member when I add them to a new channel
Hi, I have several guest users in my Teams. For any reason that I don't know, when I try to add this users into a channel, some of them, automatically change their rol to Member instead of guest user. Have somebody any idea about this behaviour? Regards
Teams live event participant roles
Good Day, Due to the pandemic we are opting to start giving trainings and webinars using teams live event. Today after a brief moment of testing and creating live event rooms, I came to the conclusion that all of my participants/attendees were moderators. I(as the producer) invited a colleague as the presenter and I specifically choose two other colleagues for this testing purpose. I did not get the opportunity nor the ability to assign any roles to the two other colleagues except the presenter. Where is the option to change participant roles? is this an organization wide policy or is this set per live event. Additionally, from all the participants I am the only one that has the option to create live events. keep this in mind we all have business essentials license and also the teams exploratory license was assigned to us all.
Display bug in the Team Management Administration page
Hi, I just noticed this bug when sorting the members of a Team : The Role Column doesn't follow when sorting other columns (and the Role Column sorting doesn't work anyway), which can lead to mistakes when manipulating roles. It also can be dangerous when adding a new member and then set it as an owner, because you can assign the role to the wrong member.
