Hello everyone, We are slowly moving some of our hotlines to Teams, so I was searching for a way to get the data effectively. With this, I came across the PowerBI report https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/aa-cq-cqd-historical-reports. Sadly it seems the data source https://api.interfaces.records.teams.microsoft.com/Teams.VoiceAnalytics/getanalytics is no longer valid. If I try to connect to it, I'm getting error message: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://api.interfaces.records.teams.microsoft.com/Teams.VoiceAnalytics/getanalytics?query=**** (500): Internal Server Error Do you know what is the correct data source which should be used? I do have access to Teams admin center and QER (Microsoft Call Quality data source) report without any issues so this should be a problem of the incorrect data source. Also is there a way how to display a full E164 number in the call history? It seems the last four digits are always replaced with stars which I suppose is due to privacy. Thanks. Good news, Microsoft has released 6 really useful PowerBI.com reports that connect to Call Quality Dashboard data. You can download them here: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/OfficeDocs-SkypeForBusiness/blob/live/Teams/downloads/CQD-Power-BI-query-templates.zip?raw=true I did a quick blog overview of what's in them and how to make them work here: https://tomtalks.blog/2020/02/6-power-bi-reports-for-microsoft-teams-call-quality-dashboard-cqd/ Thoughts, questions and feedback welcome!7.2KViews3likes6CommentsProblems with PowerBI Templates - issues with Schema
I am getting the following error in many of the PowerBI templates , when I review the schema at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-atp/advanced-hunting-schema-reference, i don't see a table called MiscEvents. Good Morning all, My boss asked me to write down a report where i need to explain what will affect our company after the Office 365/Exchange hybrid configuration. We have an Office 365 Enterprise E3 license, assigned to many employees who widely use its applications (To-Do, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Stream for O365, Microsoft StaffHub, Flow for Office 365, PowerApps for Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Sway, Yammer, OneDrive and so on). We also have an onpremise Exchange Server installation and we are more or less 500 users. My Boss, in the report, would like to know and inform our employees on what could happen once we add our onpremise domain and change all onmicrosoft.com domain with ours, but i really don't know... So my questions are: - Do users need to do something once switched from "user@mycompany.onmicrosoft.com" to "user@mycompany.com"? - Do apps like Teams, Power BI desktop, OneNote, OneDrive need to be reconfigured? I really can't find something that can explain me this procedure on the internet, so please help me! Thank you all and sorry for my english :)Solved2.5KViews0likes4CommentsMSIX AppAttach FSLogix Profile issue between packaged app versions
Has anyone experienced the following scenario: Application (PowerBI) packaged as MSIX and delivered via App Attach: Package Name: PowerBI-2.104.702.0.MSIX Delivered via App Attach to AVD FSLogix Profile created, and Application user data stored path: \\CLIENTNAME.file.core.windows.net\fslogix\$GUID_username%\Profile_User_name.vhdx\ Profile\AppData\Local\Packages\PowerBI-2.104.702.0\LocalCache\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop (or similar) End user can access application, app profile data is retained to FSLogix and works as expected between sessions, retaining app settings etc. Now, a new version is required: Package Name: PowerBI-2.104.941.0.MSIX Delivered via App Attach to AVD FSLogix Profile created, and Application user data stored path: \\CLIENTNAME.file.core.windows.net\fslogix\$GUID_username%\Profile_User_name.vhdx\ Profile\AppData\Local\Packages\PowerBI-2.104.941.0\LocalCache\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop (or similar) So, between the different versions of the same Application, I am not able to access the roaming profile application data from the original package, forcing my users to have to re-configure the application afresh for the new release. I could just repackage the new version using the EXACT SAME name, but this makes it impossible to differentiate between packages, and also does not meet any version control naming conventions. Has anyone come across this before, and has anyone discovered a viable solution? Thanks NickSolved2.3KViews0likes2CommentsNight Shift Data
Hi! I am currently facing an issue that I hope someone can help me with. At the moment, I have created a SharePoint list with quite a few columns. These shall be filled out to show data on orders. However, I would like to have a new view created that shows only the night shift data, in the night shift time period. For example, our night shift team start at 7pm and finish at 6am the next morning. Can I have a view to only show their inputted data from between these times? And then at 6am have the view be blank until the next night shift team come in and fill in their own data? Hopefully this makes sense. There's lots of documentation on building custom apps with tabs. There's also plenty of documentation on adding (manually) a PowerBI tab and connecting it to a report template. I'm exploring combining the two concepts and want to know if it's possible. Today: Customer logs into our product (ActivTrak) and finds the PowerBI template Customer downloads our PowerBI template and uploads to Files Customer adds a PowerBI app tab in Teams and points to our template Customer connects to the live data source with their credentials Desired: Customer finds our custom app in the Teams app store and installs it Template is embedded within the custom app and installed automatically into a new app tab Customer connects to the live data source with their credentials Essentially, we'd like to cut out the often confusing and cumbersome steps of installing the PowerBI tab and configuring by building that process into a custom app. Is this possible?
